Diario Judío México - I received an email saying that the ADL considers an OK sign as a problematic sign.
The OK holds the thumb and the index finger as an O and the other 3 fingers stand separated. If you look carefully, they can be read as White and if you draw a line from the finger down you would see a P. Translated as White Power.
Whatever you want to create or believe is not the only issue. What is important is how upon closer inspection, things can look different than what was expected or taken for granted.
In this case, I can understand a concern for the OK sign especially when in a least 1 picture Mel Gibson (an anti Semite) is shown making it.
ADL however should be more concerned with obvious and current anti-Semitic problems which they have forgotten under the new direction/director. They have blocked me
as well as others from expressing our concerns and feelings about their new “way” of caring for the abundant Jewish problems.
